1. About Adasee
Adasee is an online accessibility assessment service that helps businesses identify potential digital and physical accessibility issues and organize recommended improvements.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, accessing Adasee, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Adasee for a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
3. The service
Adasee provides automated scans, reports, checklists, and related guidance. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate because automated tools cannot identify every accessibility issue. Adasee does not provide legal advice, certify ADA or WCAG compliance, or guarantee protection from complaints, claims, or legal action.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and for all activity under your account. You must not use Adasee unlawfully, interfere with the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit content that you do not have permission to use.
5. Payments, cancellation, and refunds
Paid plans are billed according to the price and billing interval shown at checkout. You may cancel future renewals using the billing controls provided at checkout or by contacting us. Any applicable refund rights are described at checkout and are subject to the payment provider's policies and applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
Adasee and its software, branding, and content are owned by or licensed to Adasee. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for your internal business purposes while your account is active. You retain ownership of content you submit to the service.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Adasee is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Adasee is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or modify the service from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or if necessary to protect the service. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
