Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: August 4, 2026
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; you normally retain access through the end of the current paid billing period.
Refunds
Because Adasee provides immediate access to a digital service, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise. If you were charged in error, contact us promptly so we can review the charge.
How to cancel
Use the cancellation controls supplied by the payment provider at checkout or in your billing account. If those controls are unavailable, contact us through our contact page with the account email and charge date.
Payment disputes
Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate and resolve billing issues. This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
